Who can i talk to when i feel stressed
There are many people out there who can help who when you feel stress is overwhelming you. There are many helplines that you can call and many people to listen. Some of the best people to talk to are your parents. Your parents will always be there and will listen to you and are there to help you. If you don' want to talk to your parents, talk to your friends. They love you and are always willing to help you and will help you get through the hardest of times. If you feel like you can't talk to your parents or your friends try talking to the school councellor. They will listen to you and help you decide what the best thing to do is.
