WHAT IS ANGER
"Anger is a strong feeling of annoyance, displeasure or hostility."
Anger is a natural emotion that humans and some animals feel. Mild forms of anger include criticism, displeasure, dislike and irritation. When we react to frustration or criticism we may feel angry and usually this is a healthy response.
Anger becomes a problem when it controls your thoughts and actions to the point of violence or revenge. When anger becomes overwhelming and turns into a full blown rage your thinking and judgement can become impaired and you can do and say unreasonable things.
